Zak Powers - Hypnotherapy

If you wish to see Zak for one on one therapy, below you will find contact details and a list of the problems with which he can help.

Therapy sessions last for approx. 45 minutes. You will have a consultation on your first visit. This session does not involve any hypnosis. The purpose for this visit is for the following: * Getting the clients medical history * Making sure the client is suitable for hypnosis * Giving the client the opportunity to explain in detail his or her 'presenting problem'. * Zak explains the working of hypnosis and gets a profile of the client * The client and Zak agree on a programme of therapy.

On your second visit you will have the opportunity to enjoy your first one on one  hypnosis session. This session is recorded on tape while you are there. You will then be instructed to repeatedly listen to your programme at home once a day for the following few weeks.

Your third visit will involve a progress report on any changes in your condition and from there you and Zak will discuss and agree on the next stages of therapy. Some people only have to attend for a few visits and within weeks see great results.

Others, depending on the problem, will attend for longer. Either way, hypnotherapy is relatively 'short term therapy'. There are no guarantees, but Zak does guarantee you his 100% effort and commitment to helping you change.
